Unauthorized payment

I have lodged a complain regarding money went out with Ref MR D Food on the 8th Jan and 3 Feb and 4th Feb 2024 i got a debit card dispute form to fill in and i did that in Jan and called after 8 days they say they are still investigation i should wait for their call end Jan no Call whatsoever instead another payment was made with my account on sat and Sunday i dont know how and who Authorized the payment and my card does not have tab option. I'm not happy with the service they not talking anything about refunding me they tell me to close the account and open a new card
