Unauthorized opening of business account

<p>Menlyn Business branch opened a buisness account without the necessary authorisation or resolution from the company. A person was added as a director to the account who is not even a shareholder of the company. I spent almost a day trying to get through to the branch and then the head office, with no luck. Eventually lodged a complaint on their website via email Had no repsonce to date - almost 3 months later. How can one trust FNB? </p>
