Unauthorized online transaction

FNB failed to protect me from an online **** as the bank that i trusted with my money they allowed an online transaction to go off my account without my permission or any notification i called to report n also disputed on the App and no one was willing to assist. How do i trust such people with my finances, now an amount of 4124 was out on a few minutes apart but they did nothing to stop it, i hate FNB and their agents on the App are just useless as the bank, i want my money 😡😡😡
