Unauthorized Mac and Things transactions

I had a unauthorized transaction for a company called Mac and Things done on the 3rd of Feb of R1375. I am so disappointed in FNB bank , a massive bank that i trusted with my salary, Bond and vehicle finance. My account is currently in a negative balance and any money that comes in will be taken off for this balance. This sets me back on my payments that i need to make for my kids school things. Also i see so many Hello Peter complaints regarding the same issue yet the bank is waiting for us to call on log cases instead of being on top of this and blocking these transactions. And the turn around times of 7-30days they give their clients is such poor service, not to mention this is the second issue i am having with FNB in 2 weeks.
