Unauthorized mac and things purchase.

Had an unauthorized amount from Mac and Things of R2790 taken from my business account using my virtual card. Virtual card cvv is supposed to change every 10 min so how does this happen and no message for online approval. Now I must wait 7-14 working days for fnb to investigate.
