Unauthorized loan application and overdraft

I was with Standard bank before, but back in 2011 or 2012 their international money transfer was very poor so my partner(in USA) said I should join FNB. I joined FNB and got my salary in my new FNB account and my partner was going to transfer cash to me so during my 2nd month with FNB i received cash in my account, i then inboxed my partner to confirm cash transferred-I didn't get feedback so I started using that cash, I even went to FNB branch to increase my limit. Then After 3 days or so my partner rep**** and she said no I didn't send that cash. I then stopped using the funds-FNB Crescent branch called me I think on the follow day and I went to the branch and spoke with an Indian lady who was a bit nervous and she said I used someone's money and I need to pay it all back! I then told her my reasons for opening an account with them. She said I need to go get a loan at African bank and pay it back and I said I'm not getting any loans, I will pay it back but on a monthly base and she called 4 of her colleagues and they ganged up on me and I told them I can only afford a certain amount but they wanted my salary, they even called my HR and requested my salary be paid to them and they will pay me but my HR/manager said no...after that I received an SMS saying sorry Siyabonga but your loan at FNB has been declined. I went to them and asked them why they did a loan application without my consent, they said I shouldn't worry because it was unsuccessful. The next thing, I get a call from their overdraft collection department asking me to pay my overdraft-i didn't request or app**** for that overdraft and my salary was way too less for me to get an overdraft.

I should have done this long time ago but I was afraid that that Indian lady might lose her job but I was wrong...I should have sued FNB, I still get calls from their lawyers and I think this is why I can't get a car finance.

Can someone from FNB please give me channels to use to resolve this please before I find someone else to help!

thanks

Siyabonga
