Unauthorized Loan

The follow up on my paid up loan letter and loan written off my name.

The letter I received is not what I requested.

I need a PAID UP letter stating that the loan has been paid up and NO LONGER ON MY NAME. I will get my lawyer involved because it's been EXACTLY ONE WHOLE WEEK AND THIS FREAKING LOAN IS STILL ON MY NAME. THE BANK is not accepting the letter that was sent to me because it still highlights some discrepancies. I want this sorted by TODAY or I am definitely getting a lawyer involved and I WILL take it further as I have been begging and PLEADING but I've been hit around like a ping pong ball. I want that by TODAY. I mentioned that we are in the process of buying a house and this is holding us back.

FNB PAID MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORISATION FROM ME AND I'LL BE SURE TO MAKE THIS KNOWN.
