Unauthorized ITC enquiry

I have previously logged a complaint about FNB doing an enquiry without my concent and also opening a chq account instead of a savings account. I have sent all the information requested yet no one has attended to my complaint. Its now over 29 days and my complaint is not resolved

I need this account closed as FNB doesnt care about its custoners and i cant bank with a bank that is not thinking for its customer .
