Unauthorized FNB Insurance Debit order
I have an unauthorized debit order on my account that i cannot reverse and none of the consultants i reach when i call the contact center can explain what its for. The last one i spoke to said its insurance on a credit card which I've took and now i have spent almost 40 min on the phone without any help. At the end of the call they promise to send me to the right department and they put the phone down.
