Unauthorized EFT by FNB C/card
My C/card monthly instalments are due before the 7th of every month, in which i do EFT, but for some reason, Fnb c/card decide to go into my cheque account whenever they wish. On the 28th Jan 2016 they ran an EFT transfer from my cheque, 2 transactions in one day. My next payment is due on the 7th of March as arranged with a consultant @10:18 this morning, but they go into my account once more today @13:05. This is such an inconvenience, the way they behave is like I have skipped on monthly instalments. Looking forward to settling the account & take my business elsewhere, where the client is valued & not abused like this...
