Unauthorized EDO collection attempt 7 says ago

My name is Thembalethu Dlungwana, banking at FNB, ever since Iv started banking with FNB, have never had unresolved problems, except for now, I'm currently analyzing my current month's debit orders and seeing an Edo collection attempt debit order, older than 7 days, of a huge amount, and it's the first time I'm noticing money debited out of my account of this amount with no permission at all, really I can't accept this, and therefore would like, the bank to intervene in solving this problem, asap
