Unauthorized deductions from FNB
I am soo disappointed with what I get within my personal bank account. I believe it is personal that is why it has my account has my name written on it and I am the only one who can authorize any transaction within my account.
Iv been getting surprises of R99 deductions which I reversed and stoped but I have not received my money back into my account. I now get a deduction from EDO COLLECTIONS which took R846 from my account. Then my othe transactions decline to my surprise.
FNB I am extremely angry and disappointed. I expect my money back within 24hrs. I did not authorize such nonsense on my account. I am paying my monthly fee so that you can manage my account but you are failing. You only have 24 hrs otherwise you will get an angry mob of angry customers. I will take this matter to the front cover of all news papers..
