Unauthorized deductions from account

In 2008 I opened a Silver Cheque/Credit card account. Sadly I was retrenched in 2009 but I had voluntarily insurance on my account. The overdraft on my cheque account was settled but the outstanding balance on my credit card was not settled. Now their Attorneys just started deducting money from my account and nobody can give me any legal documents concerning this. Nobody does any trouble to assist even after I have sent copy of my signed contract to a few people from FNB and the Attorneys.

Reviewer Update
I received a reply from the bank where they stated that they acknowledge there was insurance on the account and they will see if they can still forward it. The reply was in the beginning of October 2017 and now it is the end of November 2017 and no other feedback or reply. It is still on my record. What do I do now? How easy it is for them to just deduct money from my account but to refund it they just ignore it. Really the worst bank I have ever came across
