Unauthorized deductions

I am utterly disgusted at the way fnb conducts there business. I went on early maternity leave and app**** to fnb for assistance in this time on my personal cause due to covid there is a delay in uif payments. I was declined and now have an arrears. Not only are they not empathetic they ***** from my account as well. I agreed to paying an additional R200 towards the outstanding however this month they took it upon themselves to take 4 debits. I am sick and tired of dealing with this issue as this is the second time this has happened in 3 months. Not only do I want my money back but I want compensation for the fact that I cannot feed my baby thanks to this.
