Unauthorized deduction-refused refersal

On the 25th of February 2015 my salary was paid into my FNB cheque account. On the 26st an EFT DR Order of R3523.75 went of my bank account.I had no glue who or what this deduction was for.
The next day I went into the FNB branch in Cleary Park PE and the consultant said I need to speak to their collections department at their head office because she cannot assist me.I was put through to the department by telephone and spoke to a call centre lady that said they took the money because I owe the bank on my loan account.
I was shocked to find out that it was my bank that took funds of that nature from my account without my consent not to mention without informing me.
I asked the lady who gave them the authority to do such a thing she rep**** they can do this based on my salary.I explained to her that I am aware of the loan and was going to make arrangements to pay up the arrears.I also informed her that the bank can do monthly deductions. She just said that there is nothing she can do about it.I asked her how can the bank just do this to its clients without taken any consequences of their actions into account, she rep**** I cannot answer you and that maybe she can reverse half.
SHOCKING
