Unauthorized deduction from my Account
I got billed for something with this reference: #EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS ON 17/11/ 1 ITEMS ON 17/11/07 -R155.00
FNB - what is this? And why was it deducted from my Business Account? Rectify this now please. I saw that I am not the only one who had this problem just by doing a quick google search.
I need this sorted out a.s.a.p!!
