Unauthorized deduction for law on call?

<p>I have been an fnb customer for many years and I am highly irritated and disgusted that i have had a deductuon for R65-00 for law on call which I did not subscribe to. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is theft from FNB'S part and is an infringement of my consumer rights. I want this amount to be reversed and this matter escalated and I want fnb to retrieve the recorded conversation of this supposed subscription and investigate or I will be taking this to the national consumer board of South Africa. </p> <p> </p> <p>ID: ********** 250084</p>
