Unauthorized deduction and money taken out wrongly

Once again problems of unauthorized deduction from other people's bank acc.I have 3 loans that was as per my understanding handed over to the attorneys,which as from my side being a client would think all is been send 2 them&had therefore made arrangements due unemployed I could only afford 2 pay a R100 cash deposit the end of each month. They phoned me&said they want 2 do a debit on my bank acc,I still told them I don't have a bank acc anymore as well as they r not allowed 2 take any money from any other acc like my husband nor my child,but they had put the phone down in my ear&thought they would call back 2 find out what acc,being under the understanding 2 have a agreement in place for month end,the bank still went &did a unauthorized illigal deduction from my husbands bank acc for 3 times the amount,as where I told them that I can only afford a R100 p m due unemployed&now the course of that has made us short on our rent money,as my husband sal is just enough for our rent.They r refusing giving back our money,they see they had the right,as per me,they didn't,as I stil made it clear that I can only afford R100 p m.We need t 3deductions paid back asap 4our rent 2stil hv place2stay.
