Unauthorized deduction
At fnb I have a platinum cheque acc. Whereby I pay a monthly service fee of R199. But than they add service fee of R15.05 and value added service fee of R10.95 but that's not the point. I had a few rand still in my account . and that a debit order went of but I transfer money to my cheque that be enough funds. So the debit order went off and the balance was over R500 but that today fnb deducted R330 for no funds. And this is now the second time .last month they refunded me after I had to phone them and it took me more than 30 min. This is the type of service fnb give.
