Unauthorized debt orders

Am so disappointed and irritated by FNB customer service more especially their contacts numbers that they attach on the net but know one cares enough to pick the damn phone it’s been 24 hours already trying to get hold of them I want to make a debt order reversal coz it’s not authorized but I can’t coz the is no one to pick up their phone am closing this account immediately ????????????????????????????????????????????
