Unauthorized debits on account
Please help , My aged uncle and his wife has just brought to my attention money that keeps going out of their bank statements every month. thi. The last debit reference numnber which is Debruary 2019 is multid foricoll529ins ********** with an amount of R990 . The Debit orders that have run since 2017 to current.
I would like this amount refunded to their account and these debit orders to be stopped, I would also like to know how the heck these were approved in the first place. they have not signed anything or given verbal consent. I have seen several hello peter complaints with the same issue of debits been taken with this ref of multid forcntrq.
regards Jeritta
