Client X balance is R1,000.00 he is expecting R800.00 mortgage debit, indeed R800.00 goes of then another R800.00 is debited leading to X's balance be R-600.00. Mr X uses his card to purchase an item worth R100.00, he tabs card decline, insert the card into the machine punches his pin and card decline again. Leaves and in mind that the machine had an error. Uses the card two more times in a different the same thing happens.

Client X eventually get hold of his phone and realize he was debited twice. Raise a query and the unauthorized debit is reversed including the charges for bounced debit.
