Unauthorized debits from FNB.

I need someone to call me to explain the R180 and x2 R200 #items unpaids debited from my account... The secure chat is unhelpful and as they can see based on historical chats its a common trend happening on my account... I have been refunded and rebates been happening on my account without having me to ask for it,yet this time it's been explain FNB honors payments on my behalf??????? Why FNB when did I agree to this, and how can a pending payment not have gone through when an SMS and email tell me thta this payment successfully went off and fnb come back to tell me it didn't, so because we paid it for yoh we charge you R200 and R180 for what? A payment I already made? I feel like closing my FNB account. Someone needs to contact me ASAP
