Unauthorized debits by FNB
<p>I have several accounts with FNB some of which being a credit card and a savings account which keeps being debited randomly for the credit card payments and when I called to enquire about it, my call was transferred to the collections department and was on hold for 45 mins till I hang up because there was no answer. All I want is an answer to whether they, FNB, are allowed to make any debits on any of my accounts without my consent. </p>
