Unauthorized debits

Unhappy client due to FNB Connect debit orders. Please cancel my account with immediate effect and refund me. I was kept on hold by Cyril until my airtime my airtime was finished and did not bother to call me back. I am even thinking to switch to another bank even though I have been with FNB for over 15 years as a loyal client.
