Unauthorized debits

I subscribed to Microsoft but did not ask for re-uccuring billing , log a dispute with FNB and after 5 attempts they are still unable to assist me. Send in proof from Microsoft that I am eligible for refund

Received a mail from FNB again to send proof and they gave an email address guess what , received a mail after sending it to mail address supp**** that this mail is no longer monitored and disputes must be done on App.

I freaking did that numerous times , really FNB
