Unauthorized debits

I have bee trying to get through to the FNB call centre for exactly 7days holding for about 30+ min to get through and the call gets cuts off, what a woow....So i have these foreign decline nonsense on my account and I literally have two debit orders on my cheque account , these are costing me bank charges...can someone get back to me, I want to close this nonsense account coz all of a sudden I have unauthorized debit orders as well .
