Unauthorized debits

Looking at my Statement, there's always money missing that I cannot account for. There's a transaction dated 30 Oct for an amount of R151.00 and on the 26th October - amount R405.00 Oct 16th - R401.75 I'm really had with you FNB, THIS IS MONEY THAT'S MEANT TO SUPPORT MY KIDS!
