Unauthorized debits

FNB credit department stuff are very rude. I recently lost my employment and as a result I could not make my credit payment in time. One of their consultants called me to arrange, I then informed them that I would make payment on the last day of the month. I have more than one account at FNB which one of them is for my child’s savings. Because the agent has access to my details at FNB they decided to change my debit details for my credit card payment without my authorization and now my child will not be able to attend school as a result of this. The money debited was for school fees. Sales agents should face disciplinary actions for such recklessness. It is so unprofessional that an agent fails to adhere to customer needs. The TCF was not app**** in this case.
