Unauthorized Debits
Greetings,
I really do not understand how these debits are authorized in my account.
I have had almost 4 different debits from companies I have not even authorized or know of. Reference for these debits are below: MZANSI ********** ********** 180928 IGA INVESTIGA407 ********** 28 SMART S25S51 ********** 25
The latest one is the one below. I am really disappointed in FNB allowing debits on my account that I have not authorised. I now have this debit of R379 from this company that I do not know where it comes from and I cant dispute. Item AMERENEGRP ********** 8 SAGE on my account.
Please can I get an audio and as well see the documents that I signed to authorize these debits, you would think FNB was a professional bank that checks the authenticity of such.
