Unauthorized debit-Riskin funeral Administrators

When is the bank going to ask us (the account holder) whether we agree for our account to be debited? whether we are aware of companies with intensions to debit our accounts? For the past two months Riskin funeral Administrators has been deducting R99 from my FNB account who gave authorization for this debit order? I have no idea who these people are! and I want my money back. Such a big company (FNB) cannot tell me that it does not see this as a RISK. How long will it take for the bank to just put a control on this? why cant there be systems to confirm first with the account holders? these are our hard earned money <br> <br>
