I have observed that a company with the debit order code "MedicalMM0155" has been debiting my account consistently for the amount of R750 per month for several months without my explicit consent. Disturbingly, FNB has been unable to provide me with the identity of this company, which raises serious questions about the security measures in place to protect customers' accounts.

I insist that all funds debited from my account since the inception of this *****ulent debit order be returned to me immediately, as I did not authorize these transactions. It is deeply troubling that, despite my efforts to understand the situation, FNB cannot ascertain the company responsible for these unauthorized transactions.

I have attached my DebiCheck mandates for your reference, clearly indicating that I did not approve the mentioned debit order. I find this breach of security and trust deeply concerning, and I seek urgent resolution to rectify this unauthorized activity on my account.

I request that FNB investigates this matter promptly, provides a detailed explanation regarding the unauthorized debit orders, and ensures the immediate return of all funds associated with these transactions.
