Unauthorized debit orders or payments

I woke up today on received an email stating that some money was deducted from my account whilst I have already paid all my debit orders including FNB service fee now there's some magtape unpaid fees reflecting on my transaction list which was not authorized by me and also SB visa deduction which am clueless about I believe my money is being ****** by the bank
