Unauthorized debit orders/ HACKING FNB

In two instances I visited the branch regarding unauthorized debit orders, on one account I was there with my 17years old son after he did make me aware that his gold account there were activities taking place and the one who attended to us said he must have given his card& pin to someone ; got into account. I also was *****ed of the amount of R350.00 & I was told I did give who ever the service provider might be that sum of money because the system shows a pin & card was used in that purchase. My concern is endless other obvious transactions were made as debit orders on the 22nd/12 & 23rd/12/2017 totalling to seven (7) amounting to R388.00 . I tried with failer to reverse them through cell phone,internet & even downloaded an app still failed got a response that says AEDO (authenticated by card & pin) this is ridiculous how can I have my bank card with me & someone hack inside my account & ***** my money.FNB should really investigate this acts as they are INSIDE JOBS.
