Unauthorized Debit orders from my Account

I have noted, since I switched over to FNB in November 2014 I got a debit order off my account ref: Epic 3...<br> This has now escalated to R700 a month? What is it? And I have done some research, and it seems that numerous FNB customers are victim to this ****!!!!<br> <br> I want this sorted out not tomorrow, TODAY!!! I will go to the papers, I will put up complaints everywhere! Never have I signed or accepted anything, I am very cautious in signing and accepting contracts or things, so from My side I have done nothing to authorize this! I want my money back, I want to know who authorized it, and I want to know where did they get my banking details and who gave them permission to debit my account!<br> <br> I want answers!<br> <br> Regards<br> Chris
