Unauthorized debit orders

I have unauthorized debit orders that I disputed 8 months ago and they still haven't been resolved.

1. Disputed 30 September 2019 an amount of R600 ref. SBSANAEDO 2. Disputed 1 October 2019 an amount of R598 *** 3. Disputed 25 April 2020 an amount of R201 ref. LIBERTYFFS

Can someone please assist in this regard.
