Unauthorized debit orders

I complained about a certain company debiting from my account since July and needed to do a reversal every month, they didnt sort it.... I woke up to another reversal today.... Its a fifth month, this is affecting my credit profile, because FNB is allowing them to do anything.... Mind you i settled the account but they seem to have access in my account, i made up my mind.... Im moving to a different bank
