Unauthorized Debit Orders and **** SERVICE

I am sick and tired of FNB and their lies! On the 10th of April 2021 I lodged a complaint about three unauthorized debit orders on my account. Each of R345. The agent advised me that they would look into as soon as possible. Ofcourse nothing happened. Last week, another agent called me and advised me that they will definitely do a charge back and that I would just need to send proof that I have contacted the merchant that took the money from my account and then it would be paid back within 5 to 7 business days. From then, to now, nobody has contacted me back. To make matters worse, sometime last year I lodged a ***** DISPUTE OF R280 and nobody got back to me to this very day.

Last week the agent advised me that my fusion card was canceled and I told her that there was no way it could be canceled as I still have the card in my possession and that I did not cancel it. Her words to me was "I promise u and assure you that you will not be charged for this card and that all our calls are recorded". Another lie, as R120 was taken from my account.

Another complaint was that in March I requested a Credit Increase on my Credit card. I have proof where I told the agent that if they money cannot be paid to me that very same day, she should cancel it because then it would already be pay day the day she advised that it might be added to my account. It was added anyway AFTER pay day WITHOUT my consent and I did not receive ANY notification thereof and ended up using my card. Who is now liable for this?

FNB will be losing a LOYAL customer because now my patience has run up and all you guys did was lie to me and never assist me. Nobody even responds to my emails.
