Unauthorized debit orders and associated fees on FNB Cheque Account

<p>I cancelled an agreement with a service provider, Virgin Active, 3 months ago, but FNB continues to attempt deductions against my cheque account. Furthermore, their debit order department is uncontactable and they charge me a fee of R100 each and every time. The facility to reverse a debit order online doesn't work at all, despite FNB's adverti*****ts that they are taking measures to deal with such ********** transactions.</p>
