Unauthorized debit orders

After complaining about unauthorized debit orders I spoke to branch manager of FNB Tygervalley Layla Abrahams. I was promised an email from her but it didn't materialise. I found proof stating that there will be no further debit orders but l do not have an email address to send it to. It's almost month end again and I'm sure that there will be another FNB debit order which I cannot afford. I urgently need the money refunded and confirmation that there will not be further debit orders.
