Unauthorized Debit Orders

For the past 2 years I have been having problems with FNB in regards to debit orders and unknown payments coming in and out of my account I have no knowledge about. I have went to FNB in person and they told me that they did contact me to notify me about the monies going in and out of the account that I have no knowledge about and haven't given consent to anything. I am a disabled man and I have my kids to feed , and rent to pay all with a disability grant. I did contact FNB personally after my accident to notify them about my condition and that I am unable to work, so why would I have all these debit orders and unauthorized monies going in and out of my account? I am unable to close the account because someone is committing ***** with my card including ****** Identity

I want this situation dealt with ASAP because I cant do this back and forth anymore, I am going to take this matter further because it has been going on for way to long and its about time this situation gets to a point. Every time I have been to the FNB branch the tellers that have assisted me could've also made notes about my condition , I am extremely frustrated and want this dealt with now!!!!
