Unauthorized debit orders

How the hell can people be debited by ********** entities without our consent ? I realized that I have been debited from 2 places called BOSSRWDS and Agility for quite a while now. This was never authorized by myself. How can a bank allow debit orders to just go off without the account holders consent. FNB you better stop these debit orders and make a plan to return the funds ASAP - Afterall we put our trust in you to keep our money safe.
