Unauthorized debit orders
I went to FNB branch in Braamfontein in January 19 to reverse and block a debit order. February the debit order deducted my account and I wrote to Hello Peter and it was reversed. It's March and the same debit order has debited off my account.
There is a R100 fee charged for each reversal of debit order. What is so hard to block these people from debiting my account. I have sent them an email cancelling their services in January already.
I am ready to move to Capitec.
