Unauthorized Debit orders

Over the past two weeks FOUR!!! unauthorized debit orders have gone off on my account with no knowledge and no permission from me.

I have visited your branches multiple times only for your consultants not to help me except for saying that I must reverse the debit orders on the app. Why can't you give me information on these companies that are **********ly *****ing my money.

I've been trying to get this sorted for ages instead it keeps getting worse.
