unauthorized debit orders

to whom it may concern , i am fully aware of all the ***** ****s that are going around however FNB seems to be the worst in the banking business , in the last 6-8 months i have been doing nothing but always fighting with FNB regarding the unauthorized / ********** debits debit orders , i even asked to at least get notification as soon a cent leave my account but no joy and what frustrates even more is that when toy reverse the debit and stop it they charge you and i am tied of paying these charges , i cannot be paying such for trusting them with my details and money ,

on the 15-12-2017 i was again debited R98.00 and unfortunate i dont even know these people and i have not reversed the payment nor stopped the debit cause i am tired of paying for the charges .
