Unauthorized debit orders

I have a smart account with FNB, I use to have a Premiere banking account which I downgraded due to bad service and no benefit. Every month I have unauthorized debit orders on my account, the first time I asked the bank what the debit order was for as it was unauthorized and they referred me to the service provider. The call center agent never even advised for me to dispute the debit order via the electronic banking platform. I had to hear this from a colleague. Every month for the past 6 months I have disputing these debit orders. It feels like the security on these accounts is not to standard and no care is taken to protect the client. It is ridiculous that you must log on to your account almost ever day to see if there is no unauthorized activity on it. It is ironic that when I had the more expensive bundle account, I never got this. Never!

Reviewer Update
Just a note on the business’s response, they committed to providing me with a debit order dispute form where I could formally dispute them, not sure how different this will be to doing it electronically. I have yet to receive this information and forms to complete. Today I have had another debit order that attempted to collect funds. My account didn’t have the funds and I happened to be charged a R8.50 bank fee for an unpaid debit order. My concern is that it is my credit record and funds that are at risk here! At what point will FNB actually action and respond to my query!
