Unauthorized debit orders

Hi there...

So this is the second time I'm complaining about the same unauthorized debit order looking as if it is coming from Homechoice.. I raised this issue with fnb last month and nothing was done to ensure that I will get my money back, or even if the issue was getting investigated, nothing. This month the debit order is even double the amount! This is unacceptable, I have never been to Homechoice in my life!! Trying to call is even worse, I run out of airtime being placed on hold or my call just gets dropped off..
