Unauthorized debit orders

Good Day..... Can someone please assist me as I've been to the bank atleast 5 times to get my complaint SORTED. I get to a FNB branch, have to call Customer Services and they are of no help. I get transferred to different departments all the as no one wants to take ownership of my complaint. I have a revolving loan with FNB and have been paying it till I was retrenched on 23 March 2020. I was at FNB Zevenwacht Mall to hand in the paperwork eg: UI-19 form and was assured that there will be no further debit orders for the loan for the next 12 months. I also received an email stating that there won't be further debit order, yet the money is still being debited. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR WILL BE COMPLAINING AT THE OMBUDSMAN.
