Unauthorized Debit Orders
How can we help you? : FNB has run unauthorized early debit orders on my account, your staff in your call centers are insufficiently trained to assist, with continues transfers to different departments. FNB is in breach of contract and has the audacity to want to charge me a reversal fee yet you are the one in the wrong. I have recently been retrenched as to which the funds that have been coming into my account is for my operation costs on my Newley started business in order for me to keep paying fnb. You are a disgrace fnb. You have just lost a client.

19 Dec 2024, 20:48My account has been credited for the first debit order that was deducted only to now run the next debit order after I had spoken to a consultant whom said the request on the system to not run this had been accepted. This is after spending over an hour on the phone. Like I mentioned these funds are for my operational costs to purchase material for a job that I need to start for my client. should this issue not be resolved by tomorrow morning I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Banking Ombudsman as this situation has the potential of damaging my reputation with my client to which I will hold FNB liable for damages.
