Unauthorized debit order which does not appear on the app or on the holders account

I am so disappointed and ****ed at the service I receive from ***********, arrogant and unprofessional agents from such a big and popular company as FNB, after I had been on the line for almost an hour, then get no assistance while money is being debited on my account without my consent. One have to wait for an hour before getting an agent to talk to, being annoyed by machine that offers option unhelpful for your situation. I still have not received any assistance but wasted my airtime.
